Are my custom sneakers made from authentic Nike (Adidas, New Balance, or UGG) parts?

Yes! All of our custom sneakers are made with authentic components so your never have to worry about poor quality here. Please note that your sneakers are not apart of any collaboration with these brands.
How long does it take to receive my order?

Each custom sneaker is made to order to avoid waste and overproduction so production time can vary. Typically, it takes 3-4 weeks for us to order supplies, complete the sneakers, and to ship. Every customer will receive personalized updates via the contact method provided at checkout.
Can I return my custom sneakers?

Since each custom sneaker is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our end.
Are your customs durable for everyday wear?

Yes! We use high quality materials and adhesives that ensure wearability anytime, anywhere.
Will you repair my custom sneakers if I have any problems?
