THE DUNKSHOT
Three Icons, One Sneaker.
The Dunkshot is a custom silhouette built from three classic Nike sneakers - reimagined and fused into one cohesive design. Recognizable, yet completely original.
The Dunkshot: Killshot, Dunk, and a Hint of Blazer.
These came to life in 2023, right as I was wrapping up my time doing sneaker restorations and getting back into custom work. The original pair of Killshots were purchased back in 2018 - I beat them up over the years, but never got rid of them.
Around that same time, I had a pair of Dunk soles I had salvaged from a fake pair of Panda Dunks I got scammed on (deal was too good to be true). Just out of curiosity, I threw them on the Killshots with no plan or sketch, just experimenting. The changed the shape of the shoe into something familiar, but new. I loved where this was going, so i kept pushing forward.
The tongue came from a failed Blazer Low custom I had tried to coffee dye. It didn’t turn out how I wanted, but the tongue was still solid - so I used it. That random mix of parts ended up creating the first Dunkshot.
Now, it’s become a signature piece in the lineup. Still built with the same mix of parts, still made by hand, and now available in multiple colorways.

The Process
Every Dunkshot is built by hand using a mix of authentic Nike components and custom Sole Concern parts. Here’s how each pair comes together:
Deconstruction – We start by taking apart a pair of Nike Killshots, removing the original soles and tongue.
Tongue Replacement – Blazer tongues are sewn directly onto the Killshot uppers, replacing the originals and creating a subtle blend of both silhouettes.
Prep & Reconstruction – Both the upper and the custom soles are sanded to remove debris and old adhesive, then carefully glued together for a secure bond.
Stitching – After the gluing process, we stitch the sole to the upper using contrast thread for both structure and a finished visual detail.
Final Touches & Quality Control – After assembly, each sneaker undergoes a final inspection, ensuring structural integrity and premium craftsmanship. Once approved, they’re prepped for wear and shipment. (For longevity tips, see our "Care & Wear" section under the product description.)
