REFUND POLICY

 Refund Policy 

Since each custom sneaker is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges.


If you receive a custom sneaker that has a defect or error, please contact us within 7 days after shoes are delivered to request a refund. We may request that you provide photographs or other evidence of the defect or error to help us assess the situation.


If we determine that the defect or error was our fault and beyond repair, we will offer a full refund. Before the refund is sent, we will request the sneakers to be returned to us with a shipping label that will be provided to you.


If we determine that the defect or error was not our fault, we reserve the right to deny your refund or exchange request.
